Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of loomlogik.com and to SEO services provided by Loom+Logik ("we," "us").

1. Services

Loom+Logik provides search engine optimization services for gutter and home service companies. Depending on the plan, this includes keyword targeting, authority link building, content creation, Google Business Profile and organic ranking support, ranking updates every 10 days, and custom reports. Optional Google Business Profile Optimization is available as a separate monthly add-on. Plan scope and pricing are listed on our pricing page.

2. Billing

Services are billed monthly, in advance, at the plan price in effect when you sign up or change plans. There are no setup fees. Ad spend or third-party costs, if any, are your responsibility.

3. Month-to-month term, changes, and cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel by giving 30 days notice before your next billing date. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period after the notice period. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial months.

4. No ranking guarantees

Search engines control their own results and change them often. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead volume, or revenue. We commit to performing the work in your plan and to transparent reporting.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your services and service areas, approve keywords in a timely way, and, if you choose GBP Optimization, provide manager access to your Google Business Profile. You confirm you have the right to the business information and images you provide.

6. Website use

Content on this site is for general information and is not professional advice. You may not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
